Chris Givens D.M.D

Dr. Givens studied biology and chemistry at Western Kentucky University. After this, Dr. Givens attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1988. Upon graduating, he started a solo practice twenty miles north of Nashville in White House, Tennessee. Dr. Givens has recently formed a partnership called Horizon Dental Partners. The practice now includes implants and laser dentistry in a comprehensive dental philosophy. Dr. Givens’ wife has been his biggest supporter throughout his dental career. Together they have raised two wonderful daughters. He has been a member of the AACD since 2005.
